- When purchasing a preorder, you are paying for an item in advance. I will take a limited amount of orders, when I reach the max amount I will mark the listing as "SOLD" . Preorders will take 3-6 weeks depending on the design, unless another timeline is specified.
Do you accept returns?
- All purchased items are final sale, however if you have a problem with an item, please contact me and we can try to work something out. I do however trust that you as a customer are able to figure out sizing, and a sizing issue is not cause for a return. For all custom orders, unless their is a mistake on my part, they are also final sale.
What does MTO mean?
- MTO means "Made to Order", this is an item that will be make specially for you at the time of purchase. The turn around time for these items are 3-6 weeks, unless specified.
How long do custom orders take?
- This can range anywhere from 3-6 weeks but is case by case basis depending on materials need to be ordered, and the complexity of the design. We will discuss this ahead of time. I am also able to be flexible with the timeline in certain circumstances, but it will need to be discussed ahead of time. I ask that for all customs a 50% deposit is paid for upfront. I will make a separate listing for you to put down your deposit.
Shipping
- I try to be as eco-friendly as possible, this means I will reuse shipping materials as much as possible. I do not see this as unprofessional, but as a way to reduce waste, especially with something as wasteful as shipping materials. That being said, everything is wrapped and packaged with intention and will look beautiful when it arrives.
- I ship items that are "Ready to Ship" within 3-7 business days unless I am contacted before requesting a sooner shipping date, which I will do my best to accomodate.
